We are working on behalf of our private client to construct a new build house designed by Yelo Architects. The project consists of demolition of the existing house and the construction of a new 3 storey contemporary style house with underground parking and landscaping of the garden to include a swimming pool. We are proud to be working on this project from early design stage through to completion as the Employers Agent, Contract Administrator and Cost Consultant.

From the start we undertook cost planning of Yelo Architects early designs and were able to advise the design team and clients on maximising value for money within the RIBA Stage 2 & 3 designs and advising on cost efficiencies without compromising on quality. Following design workshops and successful planning approval, we undertook a traditional procurement route and appointed a main contractor.

Work has begun on site and we are excited to see the project evolve.

Hove, East Sussex

We are working on behalf of our private client in a dual role as Contract Administrator and Cost Consultant for a full refurbishment, restoration and extension of a large detached house. The project is located within the Hove conservation area and we are pleased to be working on the project from preconstruction through to completion. The project is now in its final stages and is due to complete on time.

We were appointed at early concept stage providing early cost advice. Following the design and tender period carrying out value engineering where required we appointed the main contractor. Acting as PQS and Contract Administrator we successfully delivered on behalf of the private developer a pair of semi detached new build houses.

Appointed to provide project management and cost consultancy during the preconstruction period. The project includes a commercial and retail development plus 50m outdoor swimming pool.

The project includes a large side extension and full refurbishment of the existing house. We were appointed to carry out the initial cost planning during preconstruction and construction; certifying valuations, variation approval and final account projections through to end of defects period.

Bexhill, East Sussex

Following early stage PQS appointment we carried out RIBA Stage 2 & 3 cost planning followed by successfully appointing the main contractor. The project was a detached classroom extension to the existing school, including passenger lift, off-site fabrication using a German panelised system, flat roof construction and new incoming services.
